Our Process

Contact us to check availability on your proposed event date. A deposit is appreciated to hold the date and time for you. Then call us 10 days prior to your event to provide your menu choices and confirm all the details.


There is a minimum delivery charge of $30. We guarantee punctual, professional service with your food hot and ready to eat. We usually arrive 15 minutes before you want to eat to set everything up for you. Please allow a 15 minute window on delivery to accommodate poor weather or unexpected traffic situations.


We ask that you provide a 20% deposit. A deposit is required to secure your date and time. Payment in full is due on your party date in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card.


All catering packages are subject to NYS sales tax. Please let us know if you are a tax exempt organization and provide us with a tax exempt certificate prior to delivery at your function.


A 10% gratuity will be added to all packages.


Advanced notice is preferred. Reserve your date ASAP. We will confirm the menu details 10 days prior to your party via phone.


If a party needs to be cancelled, please inform us at least 7 days prior to your event date. Cancellations charges may apply after this time.


We require a minimum of 30 people on most packages.


Some of our products contain or may come in contact with common allergens. Please inform our staff if a person in your party has a food allergy so we can cater to their needs.
