We used Carmen’s Catering for an All Staff Retreat.  The food was quietly and efficiently set up and was as hot as if it had been pulled directly from the oven and we had a wide menu to choose from.  The food was excellent and we received many compliments.  All pre-retreat communication was clear and concise; a very professional group to work with!  I highly recommend Carmen’s Catering for your next event.
